GCP Cloud - Engineer, Lead & Architect
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues for end users’ computing
- Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems and servers(Windows / Linux)
- Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
- Backups and restore (Tape/disk)
- Respond and resolve help desk requests
- Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
- Administrate infrastructure, including Active Directory, VMware, O365, Cloud (Azure / AWS / GCP), Networks, databases, Access points management, Antivirus, and endpoint security
- Review and mitigate the server and network logs
- Patch management
- VOIP and Mailing management
