Power Platform Lead/Architect
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Designed and develop Office 365 applications and solutions (Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Power Pages, Power BI, SharePoint Online & Azure)
- Identify the client's business requirements through discovery meetings and analyze business requirements, validations & Solution mapping
- Architect, Design, develop and maintain key components of the software suite using Office 365 Workloads
- Well-versed with SDLC procedures & Design, develop and maintain key components of the software suite using Office 365 APIs
- Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, presentations, etc.
- Customer Front ending & Solution demos & Walk-through
- Conduct end-user training and create and maintain knowledge transfer documentation
- Develop and continue to refine Power Platform standards and tools
- Self-Motivated and self-sufficient. With minimum supervision, able to perform end-to-end project tasks
- Present tailored demonstrations of the technology solution
- Works with other architects, leads, and team members in an agile scrum environment. Very hands-on development experience is required
- Design and develop the framework and core functionality, identify the gaps, and produce working solutions
- Coding, Unit Testing, and Bug Fixing. Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
- Contribute to improving the solutions with creative thinking about conceptual frameworks and analytic techniques
- Conduct code reviews for Performance & Security and adherence to best practices
- Lead or Mentor junior and/or mid-level developers
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
- Look out for the latest technologies and match up with use cases and solve business problems efficiently
Required Experience, Skills, Knowledge:
- Minimum 3+ Years' hands on experience in Power platform [Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, Office 365 business applications]
- Proficient in .Net programming, relational database - SQL, RPA, MS Dynamics CRM etc
- Nice to Have - Power BI & Power Virtual Agents - Topics, Chat Bots
- Nice to Have - Dynamics CRM - Customization and deployment experience
- Good understanding of JSON and Restful web service integrations
- Power Apps
- Canvas/Model Driven Apps (knowledge) & Power Apps Portals
- Formatting/Conditions /Formulas /UI Design
- Connectors using SP/Azure/ Other sources /Custom Connectors
- Power apps governance experience
- Custom connector working experience
- Working with various O-365 templates across power apps & power automate
- Working Knowledge with Dataverse for Power Apps implementations
- Power Automate templates across M365 workloads
- Automation of Web, Windows, and Legacy applications
- Knowledge of UI Flows/AI Builder
- Nice to have experience in the conversion of any automation workflows to Power Automate
- Power Platform Governance
- DLP - Backup & Disaster Recovery strategy, Monitoring, Admin, Nurturing
- Azure DevOps for CI/CD
- Working Knowledge with Power Virtual Agents
- Standard Vs Prem Connector’s
- Good understanding of Licensing Mode of the Power Platform
- Installing & using the Power Platform COE kit ( facilitated by Microsoft)
