Primary Skills: 
  • Prepare design documents by gathering requirements from the customer which will include VUI, custom prompts, and platform design and participate in development of the application using technologies VXML, Java, PHP, XSLT, Spring Boot, Git and Perl and Shell Scripting for Reporting.
  • Identify issues and provide support in Platform and IVR Architecture design.
  • Provide solutions to the application issues by using CLASS, VXML framework including Holly voice browser for troubleshooting, ASR speech recognizer and TTS configuration in the platform.
  • Monitor daily performance of applications as needed to ensure optimal output and provide technical support during migration.
  • Automate the manual tasks performed in the day to day client applications as required
  • Support during IVR deployment and post production verification
  • Ability to work with engineers, programmer analysts, and other administration staff as needed
  • Excellent written and communication skills
