Roles & Responsibilities
- Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
- Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and bring in new customer logo for the Botomation business unit.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Implements sales programs by developing a global sales strategy.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Passionate to become Subject Matter Expert in Artificial Intelligence related services to bring in more business in this space.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- To develop marketing strategy, develop and adjust the inside sales strategy based on the market trends, branding needs that can support the sales.
- Never hesitates to work with functional peers to bring in results.
- Responsible to penetrate existing customer base to bring in and achieve the targets.
Required Experience, Skill & Knowledge
- Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Developing Budgets, Staffing.
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Previous experience as a sales executive, Account manager, sales director and directly responsible to bring in more revenue.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Willing to work on shift basis is must. (Especially in IST Night Shift is a must).
- High expertise in solution selling experience to a new / existing customer for at least 3 years and was directly responsible / sold for at least one million dollars in a year.
- Ability to work towards target and do everything he need to do achieve it via Sales Operations.
- Must have a technology background and grown up the ladder to business development and sales.
- Project management and delivery management experience is a plus
- Experience in AI, CX or Process management projects and/or Selling / managing managed services projects.
- A big picture understanding on what the actual need of customer is and translate / articulate in a way that the services can be packaged is essential to perform this job. In addition, communication on both personal and telephone / WebEx / Webinar / any collaborative channel is a key to perform this job successful.
