At E PRO, our clients benefit from a consistently applied set of recruiting best practices, referred to as QQOS (Quantity, Quality of Service) Process. We established this process with quality assurance at its core. The consistency and transparency of our process driven approach make it easier for clients to work with E PRO. We do adopt changes to meet the unique needs of some of our clients. Our standardized yet flexible approach ensures we meet and exceed our clients' objectives.

Staffing Process

Quantity, Quality of Service (QQOS) Process

  • Knowledge of our clients' immediate and future IT skill demands, so that our Talent Acquisition Team (TAT-team) can develop a pool of pre-qualified candidates even before we receive specific job details
  • Thorough understanding of clients' specific needs, including technical and non-technical skills, experience, education, and expected performance output
  • Focused recruiting strategies developed for each search, leveraging candidate networks established by our QQOS process, an internal database of over 60,000 resumes, national and regional job boards and tools
  • Candidate qualification, skill assessment and client suitability checks using technical assessment, peer-consultant interviews, and in-person interviews
  • Candidate “short list" submittals of qualified and selected profiles for client consideration
  • Arranging, coordinating and managing the preparation of client interviews with client decision-makers
  • Confirmation of client hiring process, final decisions and terms of the placement
  • Client and E PRO paperwork, placement closures, and orientation
  • Follow-ups with client and candidate immediately to understand the feedback about E PRO Quality of Service and regular monitoring to ensure both parties satisfaction
