The digitizing of IPO Processes like submitting applications and receiving allocations are currently in manual process, which increases risk. These manual applications are huge in trade size so there is a vast chances of risk if they are miscommunicated.

Exploratory Testing, which is often referred as black box testing technique is all about exploring things during testing. Unlike other testing concepts, exploring is more of a hands-on approach with minimum planning and maximum execution. Pair testing, also known as buddy testing is a latest trend in software testing. The idea is simple; it involves two supporters from different teams testing a project on the same device/computer. Typically, the pair is a tester and a developer, but the pair can also be combination of a tester, developer and an analyst.
What does the “pair” do?
The pair - Developer and tester, work in shifts of 1-2 hours, which is called session-based testing. During these sessions the pair brings individual skillsets and backgrounds to the table . In the recently concluded CES 2015, among the plethora of gadgets and promises of a tech suave future, there was one particular concept that caught the imagination of the people present there. The rose-tinted glasses came out and internet enabled devices made one imagine the “ordinary” at a slightly more connected and “intelligent” way. Cisco predicts that there will be around 25 billion devices that will be connected to the internet in the year 2015; these statistics are all but surprising after experiencing the array of devices that were showcased.
The show and concepts left me thinking on the possibilities and calculated probabilities of being connected, helping me to breathe life into the devices that I use. Internet of things paradigm seems to make my now smart devices seem dumb, also it has left me with some queries on the way we use things that we take for granted. It’s not just one particular area that can benefit immensely out of this new paradigm but a whole web of things, some more beneficial than others, even a few of them made me think about why it isn’t connected to the web already.

In case of company owned devices, the deployment would be formal and therefore less probable to security threats. The gamified solution by virtue of helping the players reach their goal would invariably result in the hitting the business goals as well. Gamification is bound to stay and can help a lot to motivate people to find solutions and to go that extra mile finding a feasible solution or reasons for staying engaged.
Analytics is a continuously evolving field of science that can be used in determining patterns in data. These patterns can be represented in a graphical format. The data visualizations thus obtained can be used in converting the insights into results which guides in decision making. Ideally, analytics is a Sherlock in the field of vast unstructured data .

If any normal marketing strategy is adopted then the customers of a particular band in CLTV will be treated as homogeneous but through analytics we can observe that every customer pattern in unique. This helps to target the top decile of customers who will be more profitable to organization.
In e-commerce fields it can help in determining the sale traffic in the sites , average order rate ,number of non-conversions due to the traffic in their sites. This can be used by the e-commerce giants to grab the customers attention and be in par with competitors and prevent any collapse in the site especially during any 'Big Day Sale' .
In future almost all the fields may be driven by analytics because of the speedy and better insights it provides and may become an integral part of the day-to-day activities in an organization.
Today "Analytics" has become the keyword for all digital enterprises. The buzz around Analytics is growing rapidly; to be more precise it is rather growing exponentially. So, what exactly does analytics mean? Few say analytics is all about deriving meaningful patterns from data.
Few others say it is the process of converting the data collected from the business process into meaningful information to make better business decisions. So, is analytics the process of converting data into business insights? Actually, Analytics is much more than that. Moreover, sophisticated statistical packages make life easier for an analyst. So, Analytics is a blend of business, statistics and technology.
The reason why I state Analytics is a blend of these three components is
The ultimate aim of doing an analysis is to derive business insights. Without understanding the business, one would never understand the actual problem. So, business/domain knowledge is a vital part of analytics.
Once the problem is identified, one should know what technique is to be used. So, statistical knowledge is again an essential part of analytics.
Finally, the tool to be used should be identified. One should identify the tool which would give the optimal result and for this, knowledge on technological advancements is also essential.
This is analytics. But what can analytics do? What is the purpose of using analytics? Analytics adds value to the business. Analytics has evolved over the years. Initially, it was used to monitor the business – how much is the sales, what is the percentage increase in profit etc. Then, analytics was used in recording the past data (what happened). After that, it was used to analyse why it happened. Obviously, in the next stage it was used to predict what will happen in the future – Predictive Analytics. And now analytics is used to prevent something which is likely to happen – Preventive Analytics.
