Roles & Responsibilities

Architectural Leadership

• Define scalable solution architecture using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service).
• Establish and enforce best practices, coding standards, and reusable architecture patterns.
• Architect robust integrations with Azure services, Dataverse, third-party systems, and APIs.

Power Platform Expertise

• Lead the development of Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate flows (cloud/desktop), and Power BI dashboards.
• Design AI-driven automation frameworks using tools like AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and Virtual Agents.
• Optimize Power Platform applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Dynamics 365 Expertise

• Customize and configure modules across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Design data strategies and manage migration from legacy platforms to Dynamics 365.
