Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have deep experience with the Microsoft .NET ecosystem, cloud-native architecture on Azure, and modern front-end technologies React. Experience with Azure DevOps and building CI/CD pipelines is essential. Should have the ability and experience to draw the solution architecture for a project / service to discuss with the customer on minimal cost and high productivity.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Define and design scalable, secure, and high-performance application architecture using .NET Core / .NET Framework, React, and WebAPI.
• Lead end-to-end technical implementation including solution architecture, code reviews, and best practice enforcement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, DevOps, product management) to define and refine architecture.
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, ensuring smooth build, test, and deployment processes.
• Design and implement microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Optimize system design for cloud deployment and performance in Azure.
• Mentor and guide development teams in architecture decisions and technical problem-solving.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure a high-quality and efficient development lifecycle.

Technical Expertise:

• 15+ years of experience in software development, including hands-on experience on architecting a product or project / service with C# and .NET Framework/Core in Azure Cloud Ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services and solutions, including PaaS, IaaS, and serverless computing.
• Proficiency in designing REST APIs, Microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience with front-end technologies like Angular, React, or Blazor is a plus.

Azure Services:

• Hands-on expertise with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Key Vault, and Application Insights.
• Familiarity with Azure security best practices (e.g., identity management, RBAC, and policies).

DevOps & Tools:

• Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

Leadership Skills:

• Strong experience leading and mentoring development teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Agile Methodology:

• Hands-on experience with Agile tools like Jira, Azure Boards, or Trello.

Leadership & Communication:

• Strong leadership skills to guide a team in delivering complex data projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Azure certifications such as,
  • AZ-204 (Azure Developer Associate
  • AZ-305 (Azure Solutions Architect).
  • AZ-400 (Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solutions)
• Experience with domain-driven design (DDD) and event-driven architecture.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or ARM templates.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of AI/ML services in Azure.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Java Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in building robust, scalable, and high-performance applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based systems that are critical to our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Java applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code using best practices.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely solutions.
• Work with databases, APIs, and third-party services.
• Ensure security and performance of applications.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning and stand-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Core Java, OOPs, and Java 8+ features.
• Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, MVC, Security, etc.).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and Microservices Architecture.
• Experience with JPA/Hibernate and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of Maven/Gradle, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Familiar with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, etc.).
• Understanding of design patterns and software engineering principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Nice to Have :

• Frontend experience with Angular/React.
• Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Role: Business Development Executive

Exp: 4+ Years 

Shift: 6:30 pm to 3:30 am (Night Shift) 

Mode: Work From Office (Mon to Fri) 

Location: SIPCOT IT Park, Siruseri ,Chennai

 Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Generate new qualified prospects/opportunities through Cold calling, Email Campaigns and Social Media 

• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange introductory meetings, demos, identify and qualify opportunities for company’s product/service offerings. 

• Meeting sales goals, build and maintain client database, prospecting for qualified opportunities 

• Data Tracking, Campaign Planning and Reporting 

• Conduct necessary primary research to identify and qualify potential prospects 

• Handle various sales administrative tasks as assigned 

 Required Skills : 

• 4 to 6 Years of relevant experience with inside sales role in International Market(North America/US ) in IT industry dealing with products/services like Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Chatbot, RPA, Cloud/Infra Services(Azure, AWS, GCP), Contact center consulting services.  Relevant experience is must. 

• Consultative sales skills with solution pitching to senior stake holders through inside sales.
