US IT Recruiter
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Source candidates from the US market on various IT skills to fulfill our client requirements
- Develop sourcing strategies that are successful in reaching out to the passive and active job seekers in the US IT Market.
- Experience in handling full-time requirements
- Extensive experience in using Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Career builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs)
- Screen and interview prospective candidates.
- Build good rapport with candidates throughout the interview to ensure a positive experience.
- Co-ordinate with Account Managers to assess candidates' competencies and extend job offers to selected candidates.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal team members, staffing vendors, professional organizations, and reputable independent consultants to help identify and source qualified talents.
- Should adhere to established processes and procedures for a smooth workflow.
- Regularly update the internal database with new resumes and bring in more innovative recruiting techniques
